The ride from Punjabu to Delhi was nightmarish. All the 300Km being modernised, a euphamism for dirty, no rules, no signals, traffic both ways and might of the biggest. Anyway was helped by two kind men who took me Karol Bagh, New Delhi to Lalli Singh's for shipping bike back to UK. Mr Inder Mohan Singh at Lalli Singh's has been fantastic, hospitable and very kind in helping to shift things very quickly - many many thanks to him and his team! "Old tradiotional hotel in Old Yazd. These have existed for over 2000 years on the Sikl/Spice route from China and India and naby are being restored. Sunken to create cooler areas and very nice places, except for the smoking that goes on."

New Year's Day Resolution Run - Newcastle Town Moor
Don't forget to make a note of the New Year's Resolution Run held on the Newcastle Town Moor at 12.00. Start and finish is filed opposite lake in Exhibition Park and all the money divided equally between St Oswalad's Hospice and water Aid. Midweek Bunny Runs - Newcastle Town Moor
Three mid week Bunny Runs (5km) to be staged on newcastle Town Moor on 7 & 21 Sept and 5 Oct. Start and finish near Blue House roundabout to the Moor. £5 entry fee and all money goes to Horn of Africa Famine appeal. So come and train for the winter cross countries and help feed hungry people!

Home Sweet Home
Got upgraded into buiness class on the flight from Delhi to London and I don't ever want to be in the catle class again! Having a bed to yourself on a plane for 9 hours is just fantastic - I guess I was lucky or the check in woman saw I needed sleep!
Back home and it feels good to sleep in your own bed with birds tweeting outside and the sound of a Royal marriage - think i'll go to thre gym and do some stretching and a swimm instead!
Good to be back…
